Speck Nostrano

Our Speck is made with heavy pork thighs that, after the massage (every two days for a couple of weeks) with salt, spices, aromatic herbs and Marsala wine, are smoked following the traditional method (beechwood). After this, the products are aged for at least 6 months.

Features: gluten free, no dairy, no nitrites, no polyphosphates and glutamates.
