The typical Soppressa Trevigiana produced with heavy Italian pork from certified organic breeding farms, organic spices and organic wine (“Vin Brulè” mulled wine made with Prosecco added to the mixture). Stuffed into natural gut casing and hand tied. Aged at least 50/60 days.
