Our classic sausage is produced with selected parts of heavy Italian pigs. The meat is ground with big plate and it is stuffed into natural gut casings. The salt and the spices of the mixture are simples and traditional, like the ancient recipe wants. Every piece is around 100 gr and it is available loose or vacuum packed (variable number of pieces).
