Salamella nostrana bio

The Organic Salamella is a cured meat produced with the same process and the same parts of our Organic Salsiccia Nostrana; the only difference is in the shape. While the standard sausage is a piece of 100 gr, the Salamella is a whole long piece with a thinner diameter and variable weight (usually it is around 1 kg round). Perfect to grill.

Features: gluten free, no dairy, no polyphosphates and glutamates.

Size: Variable. Unpackaged or vacuum packed.
