Salame Valdo is a pure pork salami stuffed into natural gut casing. We only use heavy Italian pigs and during the production we respect the ancient recipe of our tradition, adding “Vin Brulè” (mulled wine made with Prosecco) in the mixture to give to our product a unique flavour. 30/40 days of aging. The name “Valdo” comes from Valdobbiadene, our village.
Available with or without garlic.
