Salame Valdo Bio is a pure pork salami stuffed into natural gut casing. It is made using Italian heavy pigs from certified organic breeding farms. The wine Prosecco (used to make the mulled wine to add to the mixture like the old traditional recipe) and all the spices are organic as well. 30/40 days of aging.
