A really rare and uncommon Salami. It is made with 60% of Italian Bufalo and 40% Italian pork. During the preparation we follow our classic recipe adding “Vin Brulè” (mulled wine made with Prosecco) to the mixture to get a unique flavour. Stuffed into natural gut casing. Aged at least 30/40 days. Available only by reservation.
