This salami is produced with selected parts of Italian pigs and beeves and it is stuffed into natural gut casing. During the production we respect the ancient recipe of our tradition, adding “Vin Brulè” (mulled wine made with Prosecco) in the mixture to give to our product a unique flavour. 30/40 days of aging.
