Our spicy salami is made using only Italian heavy pigs coming from certified organic breeding farms. It is stuffed into natural gut casing and it aged for 30 days. This aging allows to get a quite soft cured meat, perfect alone or on the pizza.
Features: gluten free, no dairy, no nitrites, no polyphosphates and glutamates.
