A typical salami of the Milan area, realized using the original recipe. We use only heavy Italian pig from certified organic breeding farms. It is a very lean Salami with just a small amount of lard; ground with a very thin plate as its tradition wants. Stuffed into natural gut casing. Aged at least 40 days.
