We select the biggest Italian pork thigh to produce our “Prosciutto Crudo” because we lead our aging periods even up than 30 months. After the salting process we hang them in our natural rocks cellar where the humidity level is ideal. In addition, all the Prosciutti are sprayed every week with our Prosecco wine to give them a unique flavour and to make them the best expression of the territory.
Aging: 18/22 months, 23/26 months, 27/29 months, 30+ months. Available with or without bone.
