Pastin bio

The Pastin is a traditional cured meat of the Belluno area (a little bit more northern than us) which is ground Italian pork and beef meat; in this it is different from the most famous Salsiccia that usually it is 100% pork and even for its shape (a big pipe ready to cut in slices similar to the hamburger’s ones). It is excellent for a barbecue or in a hot sandwich with melted cheese and grilled vegetables. Our Organic Pastin is produced with selected parts of Italian pigs and beeves from organic breeding farms. Organic are even the salt and the spices of the mixture.
