Pancetta Stesa Affumicata Bio

This Pancetta is produced using only Italian porks from organic breeding farms. During the production process with salt, spices, aromatic herbs and Marsala wine, it is massaged every two days for a couple of weeks, then it is smoked with traditional method (beechwood) and aged at least 50 days.

Features: gluten free, no dairy, no nitrites, no polyphosphates and glutamates.
