The “Cotechino” is a typical product of the tradition of our territory, especially during Christmas period. It is produced with different parts of Italian pork from organic breeding farms: rind, head and the throat, ground together and aromatized with organic spices and Marsala wine. Then it is stuffed into natural gut casing.
